MIDAC HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") fully recognizes its social responsibility in acquiring and using the personal information of all those involved with the Company in the course of its various operations related to environmental protection and waste management, and, in order to establish, maintain, and improve reasonable risk management measures related to personal information, has established the following privacy policy. In order to ensure that this policy is implemented and maintained, the Company will ensure that it is operated based on the Company's personal information protection regulations.
Personal information used by the Company is information that can identify a specific individual by name, address, or company name, etc. (including information that can identify an individual by easily matching it with other information).
Article 1: Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
In consideration of the fact that the Company conducts various types of business related to environmental preservation and waste, the Company will establish a management system for the protection of personal information in accordance with the actual conditions of each business, clarify the purposes for which personal information is used, and acquire personal information only within the scope of the purpose of use.
Personal information will be used within a scope that does not deviate from the purpose of use, and shall not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of use. Appropriate measures will be taken to this end.
Additionally, the Company will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party unless the Company has the individual's consent or is required to do so by law or for other legitimate reasons.
Article 2: Management and Protection of Personal Information
The Company will strictly manage personal information, and when personal information is consigned to external parties, the Company will select contractors that comply with the Company's Privacy Policy and the Company will manage and supervise the handling of personal information. In addition, the Company will establish and implement safety control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. The Company will also conduct regular audits to prevent problems from occurring.
Article 3: Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company will comply with applicable laws and regulations, national guidelines and other norms regarding the handling of personal information held by the Company.
Article 4: Formulation, Implementation, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection Regulations
In order to implement this policy, the Company will formulate personal information protection rules, make these rules known to all executives, employees, and other related parties, and implement, maintain, and continually improve the Company's management system and framework.
Article 5: Response to Inquiries and Complaints
The Company will establish a system and procedures for receiving and responding to inquiries and complaints about personal information held by the Company, and will promptly respond to such inquiries and complaints.

Handling of Personal Information
We, MIDAC HOLDINGS CO., LTD., promise to handle the collection, use and management of personal information with the utmost care.
