Disclosure Policy
Basic Policy on Information Disclosure
The MIDAC Group's basic policy is to actively disclose information, aiming for "sound and highly transparent management" in order to live up to the trust that society has placed in us. We disclose information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and with the timely disclosure rules stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange. Additionally, we strive to actively disclose information from the perspective of fairness and promptness so that the MIDAC Group can be better understood.
Information Disclosure Method
Important information subject to timely disclosure rules is registered with the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet), which is provided by domestic stock exchanges in accordance with these regulations. After registering the information with TDnet, the same information will be provided to the media and will be provided on the MIDAC Group's website immediately.
Fair Information Disclosure
When disclosing information, the MIDAC Group will comply with the fair disclosure rules stipulated in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, will take care not to selectively disclose information to specific persons, and will strive to realize fair information disclosure.
In addition, if an officer or employee of the MIDAC Group individually conveys important information to a specific person, then we will take appropriate measures, such as announcing that information on our website.
Earnings Forecasts and Future Prospects
The plans, future prospects, and strategies, etc. in the materials disclosed by the MIDAC Group are based on the MIDAC Group's judgements from the information currently available. As such, be aware that actual results may differ significantly from these forecasts due to various factors.
Silent Period
In order to prevent leaks of financial results information and to ensure fairness, we have designated a silent period from the day after the closing date of each quarter to the date when financial results are announced. During this period, we will refrain from making comments or answering questions regarding financial results. However, even during the silent period, we will disclose information in accordance with the timely disclosure rules if an event that is subject to timely disclosure has occurred.
