The MIDAC Group believes that in order to realize its Management Philosophy and put its Basic Sustainability Policy into practice, it is essential to ensure the physical and mental health of each employee as well as the employee’s family members. Our Group will create a workplace where employees can thrive and improve the health literacy of our employees and their families, leading to sustainable growth as a company.

MIDAC Group Health Declaration

The MIDAC Group is committed to health management so that each and every employee can work in a healthy, safe, and secure work environment and lead stable lives with their families with good physical and mental health.

Health Management Initiatives

Implementation of Periodic Health Checkups

We will continue to ensure that 100% of our employees receive periodic health checkups. We will also promote medical examinations for employees who require reexamination or treatment.

Initiatives to Realize Appropriate Work Styles

We promote the operation and Group-wide spread of the MIDAC Omoiyari System, a staggered working hours system that allows employees to work flexibly while attending to life events such as childcare and nursing care.

Initiatives to Reduce Overtime Work

We work to reduce the number of employees who work long hours by spreading awareness of overtime reduction through setting “No Overtime Day” to be held three times a week.

Initiatives to Respond to Employees with Mental Health Issues

We conduct stress checks to ascertain the mental health of employees, improve the workplace environment, and work to prevent mental health issues among employees.

Measures Against Second-Hand Smoke

We will continue to prohibit smoking in the workplace at our business locations.
