Human Rights Policy

Based on the Basic Sustainability Policy, the MIDAC Group has formulated the Human Rights Policy as follows to further clarify our thinking on respect for human rights, as we are committed to understanding the human rights of all people and fulfilling our responsibility to respect human rights. We also expect all of our business partners, including those in our supply chain, to understand and support this policy.

Respect for International Standards, Laws, and Regulations

The MIDAC Group supports, respects, and puts into practice international standards on human rights, including the International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. In addition, while complying with the laws and regulations of various regions, we will pursue a policy of fully respecting internationally recognized human rights standards when regional laws and regulations differ from international standards.
