Guiding Principles
- Aiming for zero occupational accidents and eliminating all hazardous factors in the workplace, we will properly operate the PDCA cycle with the participation of all employees to continuously improve the workplace.
- We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to health and safety, and ensure the health and safety of our employees in accordance with the health and safety rules and regulations established by our Group and each workplace.
- We will engage in continuous health and safety management through the appropriate implementation and operation of our health and safety management system, and strive to maintain and improve our good performance.
- We will make our policies, goals, and action plans known to all employees via bulletin boards and other means.
